今晚的晚餐—自制北京烤鸭(简易版) Peking Roast Duck

     
 昨晚就开始准备了,鸭子一只
One duck (about5 lbs). Remove neck, gizzard etc stuffed in the belly. Peel excess fat under the skin.

用开水淋了后,刷上蜂蜜和水(1:1),半小时到一小时后再刷一次,悬挂风干
Pour boiling water over the duck, both inside and out. Brush honey and water mixture (1:1) over the duck.Let it hang dry overnight.
350F 烤120分钟,每30分钟取出来再刷蜂蜜水
Cook in the oven (350 F) for 120 minutes. Take out the duck every 30minutes to brush on more honey and water mixture. 

 
配上葱白,红萝卜丝,黄瓜丝,西兰花,Flour tortillas , Hoisin sauce or orange sauce 开吃了
For pancake, we used store bought flour tortillas, steam for 5 minutes before serving. For dipping sauce,  I mixed in Hoisin Sauce(李锦记海鲜酱) and water, steamed it for 30 minutes.
